Update: A writer and a very good writer has been chosen. Thanks to all that applied. We are always looking for pictures and content. So feel free to submit.

Hi, I am looking for someone who can help me support my site dedicated to all things relating to Jean Grey. I am willing to pay $10 for each post made to my blog at http://www.jean-grey.com . The posts should be 300 words or more unless you have something really creative in mind and using images is encouraged (it is Jean after all). I would like one post per week made every Monday and would like to do this for at least 3 months. The content must be 100% original. If you are interested please email me admin [@] jean-grey dot com.

You must have an interest in this character and have strong opinions and a creative way of writing them. I don’t mind reporting on Jean Grey news, but commentary should always be part of a post. I will pay at the end of the month for each post made during that month. Payment will be through paypal. I will only pay for approved content that is posted live on the blog. Due to my budget I can only hire one writer and no more than 4 posts per month will be accepted. If the blog begins to make money the frequency may be increased.

Hottest Redheads in Cartoons

While we disagree with the rankings, Jean should obviously be #1, we can appreciate the idea. Here is the list, reprinted from Yesterday’s Salad.

  1. Jessica Rabbit. Anyone who tries to argue otherwise either thinks its pathetic and creepy to discuss the hotness of cartoon redheads, or is just plain crazy.
  2. Jane Jetson. Jane Jetson is not as hot as Judy Jetson, but then again Judy Jetson is not a redhead.
  3. Erin Esurance. Technically a pinkhead, I allowed Erin Esurance on this list because she’ll kick the asses of all my robots if I don’t include her.
  4. The Little Mermaid. Ariel is pretty hot, but certain physiological unknowns cause her to drop a few spots.
  5. Jean Grey. Technically a comic book character first, and a cartoon second, otherwise she would probably challenge Jessica Rabbit for number one. Jean Grey really has red hair.
